The German based automaker Opel has officially pulled the wraps off its newest creation, the so-called Corsa 1.4 Turbo, which will be offered for sale soon.
The brand new Opel Corsa 1.4 Turbo has been officially unveiled by the car manufacturer and this will be offered in two body styles, a 3- and a 5-door hatchback. The model in question can be ordered with the Turbo Plus Package, which is offered as optional and it is adding features such as the faux carbon fiber mirror caps, the new side skirts, the front and rear spoilers and several other tweaks.
“The new Corsa 1.4 Turbo is the perfect addition to our portfolio. Buyers can choose between the sporty, fresh three-door model and the luxurious five-door variant for the whole family”, said the vice president of Sales and Aftersales of Opel Group, Peter Christian Kuspert.
The most important part of the new Opel Corsa version is found under its hood, where the 1.4 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is resting. This is capable of producing no less than 150 HP (110 kW) and 220 Nm (162 lb-ft) of torque, which is allowing it to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 8.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 207 km/h (128 mph). The fuel consumption stands at an average of 5.9L / 100km (47.8 mpg UK / 39.8 mpg US) with CO2 emissions at 136 g/km. Prices for the 3-door hatchback will start at 17,380 euros and the 5-door will being from 18,130 euros, VAT included, in Germany.
