A new report is indicating that the upcoming Mercedes AMG C63 Coupe will be officially presented to the public this autumn, during the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Mercedes-Benz is planning on introducing the brand new C63 AMG Coupe at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this autumn. The announcement hasn’t been made official just yet, but according to a recent report, published by the British automotive media, the model in question should be showcased in September. Our source is stating that it will be differentiated from its four-door brother just like the S-Class Coupe is doing it from the S-Class Sedan.
The brand new Mercedes AMG C63 Coupe will be part of the 16 new models which are planned by the carmaker for this year and it should go on sale right after its official presentation during the automotive event. Its main rival will be the BMW M4 Coupe so choosing between the two will probably turn out to be more difficult than you might have expected.
Rumor has it that the upcoming Mercedes AMG C63 Coupe will get the same 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine used on the sedan, which is capable of producing 476 HP (350 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque on the C63 AMG and 510 HP (375 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque on the C63 AMG S. The range will be completed by the C63 AMG Cabrio, which should turn up sometimes next year and it should also use the same engine.
