Some fresh photos with the 2016 Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe have been released by the German based automaker.
Being scheduled to be revealed online on the 19th of August, the new Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of some new teaser images. The performance coupe made by Daimler is in its near-production form and it is still wearing a lot of camouflage on its body which isn’t letting us take a peek at its appealing lines, flares wheel arches, sloped roofline, prominent rear spoiler, updated front and rear bumpers and so on.
The new Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe will be coming with the 255/35/R19 tires up front, with less head room for the rear passengers, with a retuned suspension system, a revised steering and several other goodies. Under its hood, we can expect the 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, the same one used on its four-door brother, the C63 AMG, in its two versions, and also the same one found on the AMG GT sports car. In this case, this should be coming in the same output as the sedan, meaning 476 HP (350 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque, in the standard form, and 510 HP (375 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque, in the range-topping C63 AMG Coupe S. The performance vehicle will be officially unveiled online on the 19th of August and its public debut will be made at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
