The German based automaker Mercedes has recently confirmed the development of a Black Series version of the AMG GT.
According to the guys from EVO, who have recently spoken to the AMG boss, Tobias Moers, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show, a couple of weeks ago, there will be a Black Series version of the recently unveiled AMG GT. The model in question will be faster and sharper than the already available variant and it will be getting an aggressive body kit, some suspension tweaks and more power from the same 4.0 liter V8 engine.
Speaking about the 4.0 liter V8 biturbo engine, you should know that this is brand new and it is currently being offered on the AMG GT and AMG GT S and also on the new-gen C63 AMG and C63 AMG S. In the recently unveiled sports car, the unit is capable of producing no less than 462 HP (339 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque, in the standard AMG GT, while in the more powerful AMG GT S, the unit is generating 510 HP (375 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque. Prices for the AMG GT are set at 115,430 euros in Germany and the GT S will be setting you back for 134,351 euros.
