And they are completely changing the way this sports car looks, ampoule in the good way, of course.
Trying to add a fresh touch to your high-performance vehicle will always have a large dose of “you will ruin it!” inside but what you can always do is add a fresh set of wheels. And if those wheels are very expensive and created by a large name than success is almost instant. This particular Mercedes-AMG GT S has received the Vossen Forged rims on its “feet” and we have to admit that the result is pretty spectacular. The wheels are manufactured in-house at Miami, Florida, and they have completely changed the looks of the model. Check out the photo gallery posted below in order to take a better look at them.
The Mercedes-AMG GT is being offered in two versions, the AMG GT and the more powerful AMG GT S. Both of them are coming with a new 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine under their hoods which is also used on the C63 AMG and will be adopted by other models in the company’s lineup. In the less powerful version, the unit is producing a total of 460 HP (340 kW) & 600 Nm (440 lb-ft) of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint made in 4.0 seconds and a top speed of 304 km/h (189 mph). The AMG GT S has 503 HP (375 kW) & 650 Nm (480 lb-ft) of torque, allowing it to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.8s and to go up to 310 km/h (190 mph).
