The aftermarket specialists from Mcchip-DKR have officially introduced an updated version of the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG.

One of the most attractive hot hatches currently available on the market is the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG and since this is one impressive ride, tuners couldn’t remain indifferent to it. The newest aftermarket specialists to take on the German vehicle is called Mcchip-DKR and this has received a tweaked ECU map, which is bringing the total output of the unit to 440 HP (324 kW) and 555 Nm (409 lb-ft) of torque.

The tuning company hasn’t released any performance details on the model but in the past, Renntech has managed to push the same engine to 414 HP (305 kW) and this used to allow it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.0 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 14.5 seconds. The standard ride is capable of reaching 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill, with its 360 HP (265 kW), in 4.6 seconds. No other details on the modified Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG, signed by Mcchip-DKR, have been released yet and the tuning company didn’t disclose any pricing details for these upgrades either.
