New renderings with the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT Roadster have been released, placing the model into the spotlights once again.
One of the most awaited vehicles of the autumn is the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT. The model in question has been unveiled by the German based automaker just last week and it is now being rendered once again in a Roadster body style. The sports car is the official replacement of the SLS AMG, despite being smaller, less powerful and cheaper than the supercar, and it will go on sale against models such as the Porsche 911 or the Jaguar F-Type.
Power to the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT is being provided by a 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo engine. The unit is capable of producing no less than 462 HP (339 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque in the standard version or 510 HP (375 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque, in the range topper AMG GT S. The latter is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.8 seconds and it has a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph). The images posted below are renderings provided by Evren Milano.
