The first images with the new generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate have ended up onto the web, just a few days ahead of the model’s official debut.
Following a series of teaser images and spy photos, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate is finally here. The model in question will be offering more boot space than the sedan’s 480 liters, but rumors are saying that the wagon will get just 10 more liters of extra space, to a total of 490 liters. The model will be offered with clever 40:20:40 split-fold rear seats and it will stand at 4,702 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width and it will be riding on a 2,480 mm long wheelbase.
Rumors are stating that the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate, in its new generation, will be getting the C300 Hybrid turbo diesel version from launch, while the C350 Plug-In Hybrid will be following in 2015. Other versions available for the new body style of the C-Class include the 1.6 liter turbo petrol four-cylinder, the C200 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo or the C250 four-cylinder turbo. The C400 with its 3.0L V6 and 245 kW and 480 Nm of torque is also expected, along with the rumored C450 AMG Sport. More details on the new C-Class Estate will be announced close to its official unveil.
