New renderings with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class are showing us how the model may look like in a five-door coupe body style.
The current generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class is being offered in three body styles, a four-door sedan, a five-door estate and a two-door coupe, with a two-door convertible on its way. But what would you say if the three-pointed star would go mad and offer a fifth body style of the midsized vehicle? Well, chances of this happening are close to zero, but it still doesn’t hurt us to try and figure it out how this particular model will look like.
For instance, the three images posted below have been signed by Theophilus Chin and they are representing the artist’s own interpretation of the model mentioned here. We can notice some similarities with the S-Class Coupe, in the rear end, and with the smaller CLA or the larger CLS, in the sloping roofline. Don’t forget that BMW is currently offering a similar vehicle, the 4-Series Gran Coupe, and Audi has the A5 Sportback, so don’t act that surprised if you will actually see it in a future automotive event and in a dealership nearby right after that. We have to admit that this doesn’t have an appealing look, but yet again, the BMW doesn’t have it either, so chances are Mercedes-Benz will create it differently than the one in these renderings if the company’s bosses will give it a go.
