Mercedes-Benz has recently announced the launch of the C63 AMG Edition 507 in the United States, sale where the model comes in two body styles.
According to the car manufacturer, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507 Sedan is the cheapest version of the model, which costs 70,000 USD, over-seas, while the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507 Coupe will set you back for 72,500 USD. Both prices include the 925 USD destination charge.
“The C 63 AMG with the classic AMG 6.3-liter high-revving V8 naturally aspirated engine is one of the most popular AMG high-performance cars in the world. With the new C 63 AMG Edition 507, we are offering our loyal customers an attractive model variant which boasts even higher performance and at the same time is visually exciting”, said the Mercedes-AMG Board of Management chairman Ola Kallenius.
The Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507 is powered by a 6.3L naturally aspirated V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 507 HP (373 kW) and 610 Nm of torque (450 lb-ft). The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes 4.2 seconds and top speed stands at 280 km/h (174 mph). The model has been officially unveiled during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, back in March.
