The German aftermarket specialists at Unicate have recently introduced a new upgrade program for the facelifted version of the Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG.
The Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG is getting ready to be replaced by the new generation of the S-Class, ampoule in its Coupe version, illness but that doesn’t mean that the model isn’t hot anymore and, in order to highlight it probably one more time, the German aftermarket specialists have developed a new upgrade program for the vehicle. A suspension lowering module has made its way onto the CL63 AMG in question, along with a sports exhaust system, with a carbon fiber rear spoiler, 21-inch AMG wheels with spacers and with other tweaks, which will make its stand out in a crowd.
The most interesting change can be found under the hood of the facelifted Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG, where the 5.5 liter twin turbo V8 engine has been equipped with an optimized ECU. Thanks to this, the unit is now producing a total output of 616 HP (453 kW), 72 HP (53 kW) more than the standard version, which is enough to allow the model to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4.5 seconds, before reaching the electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). More details on the tuning kit are limited for the moment.
