The recently unveiled Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake has recently made its public debut as it has been presented to the press.
After it has been officially unveiled just a few days ago, online, the new body style of the CLA, the Shooting Brake, is being highlighted once more, as this has made its public debut being shown to the press, ahead of its introduction at the 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. This is the fifth member riding on the MFA (Modular Front Architecture), along with the A-Class, CLA four-door coupe, GLA and B-Class.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake is the more versatile version of the model which has a trunk capacity increased by 25 liters, to a total of 495 liters or 1,354 liters with the rear seats folded. The model stands at 4,630 mm long, 1,777 m wide and 1,435 mm tall. The engine lineup will be carried over from the four-door coupe CLA and this will include the CLA 200 CDI, the CLA 220 CDI, the CLA 200 and the CLA 250. Don’t forget the CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake, with its 2.0L turbo 360 HP (265 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque.
