The Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake has been rendered once again and its exterior design will have some things in common with the model’s larger brother, the CLS.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has already confirmed the Shooting Brake version of the CLA for production just a few months ago, but since then, no more details on the car have been announced and the model was apparently left aside. Not anymore because thanks to a new rendering, the Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake is being placed into the spotlights once again and that elegant body, inspired by the one of the CLS, can be seen in the image posted above.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake will get the same engine lineup under its hood as the regular version, and this will also include the 2.0 liter four-cylinder petrol unit, with 208 BHP (155 kW) and 258 lb-ft of torque (349 Nm), available in the United States. The CLA Shooting Brake will probably be assembled in the same factory as its four-door coupe brother, Kecskemet, Hungary. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment and will probably be announced over the following months.
