Mercedes-Benz CLC to debut in Los Angeles in April image

The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has recently announced that the CLC concept car will be officially presented to the public in Los Angeles next month.

After a rumor appeared and “said” that the all-new CLC will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show next month, the car manufacturer stepped forward and recently announced that the model will be presented to the public at the Los Angeles Art Festival. The Mercedes-Benz CLC is still kept into the shadows, and even if the company has announced its debut, we still don’t know anything for sure on it.

“A special highlight of the festival in Los Angeles will be the artistic staging of the Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe (CLC), which will be unveiled to the world for the first time”, said the Mercedes-Benz Cars vice president brand communications, Anders Sundt Jensen.

The all-new Mercedes-Benz CLC is expected to be powered by a turbocharged petrol engine, a 1.6 liter in two versions, which will be developing a total output of 121 BHP and 154 BHP, along with two diesels, a 1.8 liter in two outputs, 108 BHP and 134 BHP, and a 2.1 liter unit with two choices, 168 BHP and 201 BHP, all of them mated to a six-speed manual transmission as standard. The AMG version is expected to get a 2.0 liter twin turbocharged engine, which will generate 296 BHP, mated to a dual-clutch transmission.
