The official price list for the Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake has been recently announced by the German based automaker, and the model starts at 61, 761 euros on the Old Continent.
Mercedes-Benz says that the entry-level model will be the CLS 250 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY, which will produce 204 HP and burn 139 g/km of CO, for 61,761 euros. Next in the lineup will be the CLS 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY, with its 265 HP for 65,628 euros, being followed by the CLS 350 BlueEFFICIENCY, producing 306 HP and costing 66,818 euros. The most powerful model except the AMG, the CLS 500, with its V8 biturbo engine, is producing 408 HP for a price set at 82,229 euros.
“The new CLS Shooting Brake represents a new dimension of vehicle design and promises discerning customers independence at its most beautiful. Like the first successful CLS (2004) – which has long been imitated in the meantime – the CLS Shooting Brake has the potential to become the role model for a new market segment”, said Joachim Schmidt, the Mercedes-Benz Cars member of board responsible for Sales and Marketing.
The top of the line in the CLS Shooting Brake model is the CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake, with its 5.5 liter biturbo V8 engine, producing 525 HP and 700 Nm of torque, allowing the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds. The Edition 1 will also be available for exactly one year, and this will offer 557 HP and 800 Nm of torque to the CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake. Prices for the top of the line version start at 117,512 euros. The Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake will make its public debut in September, during the Paris Motor Show.
