Mercedes-Benz E-Class gets tuned by Carlsson image

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been recently tuned by the exotic aftermarket specialist called Carlsson.

Owners of the facelifted E-Class will now be able to order a new aftermarket package for their rides, this time created by Carlsson, which is looking rather restrained. This is adding the new front spoiler, the rear bumper with a diffuser, the new side skirts, the sport exhaust system, the rear spoiler, a variety of wheels, adjustable coil-over suspension, lowering springs and others. The cabin is getting the Alcantara upholstery, alloy pedals, special floor mats, aluminum trim or carbon fiber trim, illuminated sill plates and so on.

There are also some performance packages available from the tuning company, such as the CK40, aimed towards the E400, which is now producing 38 HP (28 kW) and 70 Nm (51 lb-ft) of torque, to a total of 385 HP (283 kW) and 550 Nm (405 lb-ft) of torque. The CK50 for the E500 is adding 115 HP (84 kW) and 130 Nm (95 lb-ft) of torque, to 523 HP (385 kW) and 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque. The E200 CGI can now produce 220 HP (165 kW), the E250 CGI 239 HP (176 kW) and the E350 CDI Bluetec 310 HP (228 kW). No pricing details have been announced.
