Mercedes-Benz G500 4×4 gets priced in Germany image

Mercedes-Benz has officially announced the starting price of the new G500 4×4 on its local market.

Do you remember the Mercedes-Benz G500 4×4 which has been officially presented to the public during the Geneva Motor Show? Well, this is its production version which is described like the four-wheel variant of the G63 6×6, which was the six-wheel variant of the regular G-Class, if you understand the Mercedes logic. This particular vehicle is carrying a starting price of 226,100 euros, so adding one to your garage will turn out to be quite tricky.

Keep in mind that the G350d has a cost of 89,922 euros, with its 245 HP and 600 Nm of torque, and even the G63 AMG, getting 5711 HP and 760 Nm of torque is also cheaper, starting from 143,216 euros. The only variant which is more expensive, excluding the 6-wheeled G-Class, is the G65 AMG, which is coming in at 271,915 euros, with its 612 HP and 1,000 Nm of torque. The regular G500, which has the same engine under its hood as the 4×4, starts from 105,035 euros while the most expensive G-Class ever, the G63 AMG 6×6 costs 456,900 EUR. The G500 4×4 has a 4. 0 liter V8 biturbo engine, producing 422 HP (310 kW) and 610 Nm (450 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the large 22-inch wheels, which have been wrapped in 325/55 tires.
