There aren’t too many places on Earth where the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 cannot go but the sea is definitely one of them.
Did you ever wonder what would a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 look like in the Red Sea? Well, if the answer is no, don’t worry, because you haven’t really lost anything. The images posted below are showing the six-wheeled beast while getting baptized in the Red Sea. We can’t help noticing its color, which, with some Photoshop help, it looks the same as the water’s shade.
Despite looking quite good in this combination, this is where the logic ends because the salty water definitely won’t help it live a rust-free life. This, combined with the multiple eco issues which will drive tree huggers wild. But don’t forget that this isn’t exactly a “green” vehicle to start with. I honestly would have preferred to see some action with the 6×6 G63 AMG or at least see some fish swim inside it, but we ended up looking at a pretty good photo shoot after all.
The G63 AMG has a 5.5 liter bi-turbo V8 engine which is producing a total of 544 HP (400 kW) and 758 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to an AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G TRONIC automatic transmission. The model stands at 5.87 meters in length and 2.10 meters in width, weighing in at 3,850 kg.
