The new Mercedes-Benz GLA will be officially introduced in Australia this April, when the smallest crossover produced by the company will be priced from 47,900 AUD.
Mercedes-Benz will be launching the new GLA to Australia, where the cheapest version of the model will cost 47,900 AUD. Standard features on the Mercedes-Benz GLA will include the power tailgate, the reverse parking technology and several other features. Power to the GLA200 will be provided by a 1.8 liter turbo diesel four-cylinder engine, which is rated at 100 kW and 300 Nm of torque. The GLA 250 4MATIC is using a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which is good for 155 kW and 350 Nm of torque.
One of the most awaited versions of the new crossover is the GLA 45 AMG, which will arrive in the Pacific country this September. The model in question is rated at 265 kW and 450 Nm of torque, from a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. The unit is also used on the A45 AMG and on the CLA45 AMG. The only transmission is a seven-speed dual clutch automatic and the all-wheel drive models will become available for order too. Prices for the GLA 45 AMG will start at 79,900 AUD. This will be the top of the line version.
