Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe looks real in new renderings image

A couple of new renderings with the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe are showing us an even more realistic design of the upcoming model.

The future rival of the BMW X4 is called the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe and this will be based on the recently unveiled GLC, the official replacement of the old GLK. The model in question will be offered with the obvious sloping roofline, along with some other modifications which include the front and rear modifications, the small changes performed to its cabin, and the same engine lineup as the one used on the already available GLC.

Expect a slightly updated front fascia, along with modifications made to the rear end, as this will be offered against the X4. Rumor has it that the compact crossover will be getting a range-topping version in the shape of the GLC 63 AMG Coupe, as its brother, the regular GLC, will also get this. The rumor hasn’t been confirmed at this point but it seems that the 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, from the C63 AMG and from the AMG GT sports car, will be the one used. Additional details on the brand new Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe are limited at this moment but rumor has it that this will be officially presented to the public during the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September, so expect the full details then.
