Just a day after its official unveil, Mercedes-Benz has announced the pricing list for the new GLC on its local market, Germany.
According to the car manufacturer, the new mid-size crossover signed by the 3-pointed star has a base starting price of 44,506euros for the entry-level GLC 250 4MATIC. This is followed by the GLC 220d 4MATIC which will be setting you back for 44,863 euros and the GLC 250d 4MATIC, priced at 46,410 euros. At the time, these will be the only versions available for order in Germany but if you want a more powerful example, you should wait for the GLC 63 AMG to make its debut.
The GLC 250 4MATIC is coming with 211 HP (155 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. The mid-range GLC 220d 4MATIC is capable of putting down a total of 170 HP (125 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque while the GLC 250d 4MATIC is generating 204 HP and 500 Nm of torque. Five driving modes are available on the GLC, including the Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Individual. A unique feature is the Off-Road Engineering package which is also adding the Slippery, the Offroad and the Trailer. There is also a Rocking Assist program and if the crossover gets stuck while offroading, this can raise the ride height by 50 mm. The new GLC will also get more versions in the near future and pricing for the United States is expected to be released over the next few months. You can find out more about it here.
