Our spy photographers have managed to capture the brand new Mercedes-Benz GT AMG on camera once again, this time in a cold weather environment, where the model was being tested.
Mercedes-Benz is currently working on a brand new sports car, which will become smaller than the current SLS and so it has been previously known as the “baby SLS” or the SLC, but it seems that the final production, which has been recently caught on camera once more by our spy photographers, will be known as the GT AMG, once it will become available for order, probably sometimes next year.
The brand new Mercedes-Benz GT AMG will be heavily influenced by the SLS supercar and it will be getting a long hood, a sporty rear end, a dual exhaust system and some other tweaks, but its doors will be conventional. The engine options in the new sports car remain unknown for the moment but chances are the model will be getting a 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo, with approximately 485 HP. The Black Series will be getting as much as 585 HP. The new Mercedes-Benz GT AMG is believed to cost around 110,000 euros once it will become available for order, probably in 2015.
