The previous generation of the Mercedes-Benz M-Class has just got an upgrade package from the German aftermarket specialists at Prior Design, who have given the luxurious SUV a mild refresh.
Even if the new generation of the Mercedes-Benz M-Class is already here and the model can be ordered from the company’s dealers worldwide, that doesn’t mean that the previous version is garbage and it can be thrown away. The tuners at Prior Design have seen an opportunity to make some extra cash from owners of the previous generation of the Mercedes-Benz M-Class and the luxurious German SUV has just gotten a refreshed look along with some interesting features, which make its overall design seem similar to the one used by AMG on the model.
According to Prior Design, the Mercedes-Benz M-Class W164 has been fitted with an AMG inspired body kit, which includes some revised side skirts, a modified rear bumper and a new front fascia, along with LED fog lights, a new hood and extended wheel arches, which can be ordered by owners of the model. Prior Design says that all body components used on the M-Class have been made out of Dura-Flex fiber reinforced plastic. There is no word on the price list for the upgrade package just yet.
