The newest version of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class to be testing out these days is the S-Class Cabrio as the model in question has just been caught on camera by our spy photographers.
Ever since the German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has pulled the wraps off the brand new S-Class Coupe, which is replacing the old CL-Class, the question on everyone’s lips was when the convertible will make its way onto the market. Well, we still can’t answer this question but judging by the spy photos posted below, we can definitely say that the production version is not that far apart from hitting the assembly line.
The brand new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Convertible will be based on the Ocean Drive Concept, which has been introduced back in 2007. The model will be taking the folding fabric roof from the one-off vehicle but it will be offered in a two-door body style. The S-Class Cabrio will get the latest technology available and it should incorporate the entire engine lineup from its solid roof brother. We also expect to see a powerful V12 and also a diesel option. More details on the model in question are limited for the moment and will be announced once it will go official.
