The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz Is planning to unveil the new S-Class Coupe Concept this autumn, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in a world premiere.
According to the local automotive media, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe, in its concept form, will be officially presented to the public during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The model in question will be a near production vehicle which will closely preview the new body style of the S-Class. The S-Class Coupe is expected to get a revised dashboard, some wood trim and other tweaks, while the engine options will probably be carried over from the longer version.
If this will happen, than the model will receive the 3.0L V6 with 258 HP and 620 Nm of torque in the S350 BlueTEC, the 4.7 liter V8 with 455 HP and 700 Nm of torque, in the S500, the S300 with a 2.1L unit with 204 HP and the S400 Hybrid with a 3.5 liter V6, producing 306 HP. Additional details on the official replacement of the CL-Class, the S-Class Coupe, are limited for the moment, and will be announced during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
