Mercedes-Benz has announced the official price list for the new S-Class Coupe in Australia, where the cheapest version of the Model, the S500 Coupe, can be yours from 319,000 AUD.
The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe can be named just about everything but cheap as the cheapest variant, the S500 Coupe, has been recently priced in Australia from 319,000 AUD. This is using a 4.7 liter V8 twin turbo engine, which is good for 335 kW and 700 Nm of torque, connected to a 9-speed automatic transmission, sending power to the rear-wheel drive and helping the vehicle reach 100 km/h from a standstill in just 4.6 seconds.
The S500 Coupe has a lot of standard features which include the Burmester sound system, 12.3-inch Comand Online hi-res color display, DAB digital radio tuner, DVB digital TV tuner, leather, dual-zone climate control, 20-inch alloy wheels, Magic Body Control, 360-degree camera, active blind assist, active lane keeping assist, 8 airbags, crosswind assist, BAS Plus with Cross Traffic Assist, ISOFIX, LED intelligent light system, pre-safe brake, ambient interior lighting and a lot more.
Next in the lineup comes the S63 AMG Coupe. This costs 409,000 AUD and it packs a 5.5L V8 twin turbo, with 430 kW and 900 Nm of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 4.2 seconds. The model is adding the AMG body kit, AMG emblems on the exterior and interior, Nappa leather, 20-inch wheels, high performance braking system, AMG sports exhaust, AMG sports suspension, tire pressure monitoring, illuminated door sill panels, 12.3-inch TFT display and more.
Last but not least, the S65 AMG Coupe costs 499,000 AUD. This has the 6.0 liter V12 twin turbo engine with 463 kW and 1,000 Nm of torque. IT can reach 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds and it is adding the Burmester 3D surround sound system, convenience telephony, integrated garage door opener, Nappa leather, AMG sports seats, air-balance package, head-up display, Magic Vision Control heated windscreen washer / wipers, Night View Assist Plus and several other goodies.
