Our spy photographers have managed to catch the brand new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe on camera once again with the model being tested on a public road.
The official replacement for the Mercedes-Benz CL-Class will be rebranded as the S-Class Coupe and the model has been already previewed by the concept car, wearing the same name, just earlier this year, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. Once the final production version of the model will be unveiled, similarities between it and the concept car will be clear as this is believed to be quite similar to the version originally revealed back in September.
The 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe is said to be 20 mm narrower and 30 mm higher than the concept car wearing the same name and the 21-inch wheels should be replaced by 20-inch ones. Significant differences will be noticed in the cabin, but the overall architecture will probably be maintained. As far as the engine lineup goes, this will be shared with its four-door brother, the new S-Class sedan generation. The 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe will be officially presented to the public during a major automotive event, next year, probably Geneva. More details on it remain unknown for the moment.
