Mercedes-Benz and AMG have recently released a special edition of the SL65 AMG, in order to celebrate 45 years of collaboration between the two companies.
AMG is becoming more like a Mercedes-Benz brand and a high performance automaker rather than just an in-house tuner and the SLS supercar is the best example of AMG taking the lead when developing and building a car, and the 45 years of collaboration between the two companies is being celebrated these days in Germany, with the “help” of a special edition SL65 AMG. According to the German based automaker, the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG will be available in just 45 units and will hit the market with a set of carbon accessories and a special metallic paint.

In the cabin, the model is coming with special pearl grey and beige leather, Nappa leather on the roof and carbon fiber elements on the steering wheel, along with special badging on the dashboard to remind you that this is a special edition.
