The first rendering with the new Mercedes-Benz SLC AMG has recently hit the web and this might provided us with a first look into the final production version of the model.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has already been spotted while testing the new SLC AMG on the track, these past few weeks, but because of that camouflaged body, its lines were almost impossible to see. That is until now because the guys at Top Speed have released a new rendering with what is supposed to be the official replacement of the SLS AMG. The previously called “baby SLS” will be slightly smaller than the outgoing supercar and it will feature regular doors.
The model in question will rival vehicles like the Porsche 911 and the Jaguar F-Type and it’s coming with a conventional long hood, a dual exhaust system and a trunk mounted spoiler, amongst others. Power is expected to be provided by a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which should generate approximately 485 HP (357 kW). The more powerful SLC AMG S version might come with 550 HP (404 kW), while the top of the line SLC AMG Black Series should receive 585 HP (430 kW).
