The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Final Edition has been officially unveiled ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, next week.
One of the last real gullwing vehicles is getting ready to leave the production line but not before a new special edition of the model will be officially unveiled. We’re talking about the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition, which will easily stand out from a crowd thanks to its redesigned front bumper, carbon fiber hood, front splitter, carbon finer side mirror housings, darkened light surrounds, updated rear wing and some other tweaks.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition will take its power from the same 6.3 liter V8 engine, found on the regular SLS AMG GT, producing a total output of 591 HP (435 kW). Only 350 units of the model will be produced but its price remains unknown for the moment. Additional details on the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition are currently limited and will be announced next week, during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, and also during the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, where the model will also be brought.
