Mercedes-Benz has recently announced the official starting price of the new SLS AMG GT Roadster in the Netherlands, which has been set at 289,213 euros.
After it was officially presented to the public at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Roadster is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the German based automaker announcing its starting price in the Netherlands, which has been set at 289,213 euros, while the regular non-GT SLS starts at 272,324 euros.
Power to the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Roadster is being provided by the same engine as the one found in the Coupe, the 6.3 liter V8, which, thanks to some minor tweaks like the modified ECU, is now producing a total output of 591 HP, 20 HP more than the standard version. Thanks to this, the German supercar can now accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 11.2 seconds. Mercedes-Benz says that prices for the new SLS AMG GT Roadster in Germany will start at 213,010 euros while for the Coupe, future customers will have to pay 204,680 euros, so if you live in the Netherlands, buy it from Germany.
