Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster by Brabus going to Essen image

Mercedes-Benz tuner Brabus has recently unveiled its package for the SLS AMG Roadster which will be officially presented to the public at the upcoming Essen Motor Show.

After the AMG division is more like an automaker developing its own models, the gap in the company quickly got filled by Brabus, and the Mercedes-Benz aftermarket specialists are doing all they can in order to promote their models. Brabus’ recent creation is the SLS AMG Roadster which is now coming with a new body kit and a power boost.

According to Brabus, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster has a new aerodynamic body kit which comes with a front spoiler, newly designed air vents for the front fenders, rear spoiler, side skirts, side air vents for the rear fascia and a new diffuser with an integrated quad-exhaust. The powerful sports is now sitting on 20 inch for the front and 21 inch rims for the rear, Monoblock F Platinum Edition and for an improved handling and more aggressive look, the Brabus Ride Control suspension system can lower the ride by up to 40 mm at the touch of a button.

Brabus says that the 6.3 liter V8 engine has been tuned and it’s now developing a total output of 600 horsepower, compared to the standard 563 HP, all of it gained from the titanium sport exhaust system with quad pipes, measuring 84 mm in diameter. The interior has been fitted with the finest leather, Alcantara, carbon fiber and wood trims.
