The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has recently released a teaser image with a brand new V-Class, which will be officially unveiled next year, on the 30th of January.
Mercedes-Benz is getting ready to officially pull the wraps off a brand new V-Class, but until the model will become ready for its future customers, the company still has to make the last adjustments. In order to place it into the spotlights once again, the carmaker has released a new teaser image with the new V-Class, which is said to be officially unveiled on the 30th of January and to make its public debut during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in March.
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class, with its 2015 model year in its name, will become a replacement for the Viano. This should fill the gap left by the R-Class and it will be sold in the company’s passenger car showrooms. As far as the engine goes, the model in question is believed to be offered with a 2.1 liter four-cylinder unit, which should produce a total output of 136 HP (100 kW), 170 HP (125 kW) and 190 HP (139 kW), mated to a 7-speed or 8-speed automatic transmission. The 4MATIC AWD system will be offered as an option. More details on the model are limited for the moment.
