With gullwing doors like its bigger brother the SLS, the Mercedes-Benz Concept leaked before its official Frankfurt Motor Show presentation and one of the most interesting things about it is its engine.
Rumors are that the Mercedes Concept is powered by hydrogen and the car is delivering 231 horsepower, enough to push it from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, with a top speed of 218 km/h or 136 mph.
The full tank of hydrogen is expected to offer a range of 620 miles but electric driving is also possible but for only 31 miles.
With a “baby BLS” on its way this Concept could actually be a “baby SLS”, with its gullwing doors, and with the hydrogen powered engine, the car will soon go on a whole new level if it enters production.
No official details about the hydrogen gullwing vehicle are known yet but additional details should appear starting from tomorrow, when the Frankfurt Auto Show will officially open its gates and the Mercedes Concept will be unveiled.
