German tuner Kicherer wants a piece of the cake eaten until now by Project Kahn and it’s doing something about this by revealing a new performance and visual upgrade package for the powerful Mercedes ML63 AMG.
The German tuner says that the ML63 AMG is powered by the 6.3 liter AMG V8 engine which is now equipped with a Power Converter and a stainless steel sport exhaust system, giving it a power boost of 30 horsepower and 10 Nm of torque (7 lb-ft) to a total output of 532 HP and 640 Nm.
Kicherer didn’t announce anything more about the SUV’s performance but it is expected a “maximum speed far in excess of 250 km/h (155 mph) while the acceleration has been described as “exciting”.
“In addition to the black carbon foil, KICHERER gifts the ML63 AMG with performance increase to 540 HP (397 kW), with a new maximum torque at a full 640 Nm. In addition to exciting acceleration values, this power also provides for a maximum speed far in excess of 250 km/h”, as the German tuner wrote in a press release.
Being a performance and visual upgrade package, huge 23 inch rims were a “must” and Kicherer has also announced that carbon-leather is available for the interior, along with the “classic” Alcantara.
