The German car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has announced the unveiling of its Viano Vision Pearl van concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
Being the first time that Mercedes used a “magno pearl grey” in the van sector, the concept is aimed at proving that anything is possible, especially when the vehicle is coming from the “three-pointed star brand”.
The Viano Vision Pearl concept will be able to transport six people in high comfort, with a full white/grey leather interior, wood floor, brushed aluminum trim, chromatically tinting windows, a “BeoSound Viano” sound system and onboard W-LAN connectivity.
“Most people no longer travel somewhere just to relax and enjoy themselves. Car or motorcycle tours, cruises, sailing trips or trekking tours – the travelling time itself becomes part of the experience. The name Vision Pearl emphasizes both the design concept and the repositioning of the Viano. The Viano of the future is the perfect travelling companion and in this version it conveys a modern, maritime theme”, as it is written in a statement released by the manufacturer.
Being a 2012 car which will most likely catch the production line, the Viano Vision Pearl Concept is also fitted with alloy wheels and integrated LED daytime running lamps.
