Our spy photographers have managed to capture on camera the MINI Cabrio and Clubman as both vehicles have been tested recently in Munich, Germany.
The BMW owned brand MINI is currently working on the new Cabrio and Clubman as the two models have been caught on camera while they were being tested out together on the streets of Munich. The new MINI Cabrio will be coming with a conventional canvas roof and it will be sharing the looks of its solid roof brother. This won’t be the only thing shared between the two because the new drop-top will also get the same underpinnings, the same interior design and also the same engine lineup, so you will know exactly what to expect when the model will become available and you will decide to place an order.
Besides the new MINI Cabrio, the new Clubman has been also spotted. The model in question will be a new generation which will be based on the concept car shown in Geneva, during the automotive event, last year. The vehicle’s massive change will be the size because this is now larger compared to its current generation, especially in width. The overall length has been extended too in order to make room for the front hinged rear doors. As far as the engine lineup goes, rumor has it that the standard MINI Cooper will lend some units to the new Clubman too, and this might include the 189 HP 2.0 liter gasoline turbocharged burner.
