The British based automaker is currently offering us a first look into the future Cooper generation, with the help of the new Vision Concept, which has been officially unveiled at a Design@Home event with chief designer Anders Warming. The model in question has an aerodynamic front bumper, integrated fog lights into the hexagonal grille with an outer ring working as the DRL, tailgate mounted spoiler, center mounted exhaust system, some “organo metal” accents and more.
“At today’s MINI Design@Home event Anders Warming, Head of MINI Design, previews a sampling of visionary design and innovative ideas. The MINI Vision, for example, showcases various elements of future MINI design. Here, MINI has developed a vehicle design laced with new creative impulses that advance the cause of premium quality in the compact class”, as the carmaker is saying in its official press release.
The cabin of the MINI Vision Concept is getting a symmetrical design, with lounge-like seats, elastic straps on the doors, circular display and some other tweaks. The cabin of the model has also received the Driving Experience Control system, the MINI click system and much more. As for the engine found under its hood, this remains a mystery for the moment.
