A Ferrari 458 Italia has been recently redesigned by Misha Designs as the supercar has received some influences from the track-only toy FXX K.
It may have left the production line in order to make room for its successor, the 488 GTB, but that doesn’t mean that it can be forgotten. We’re talking about the Ferrari 458 Italia which is still one hot ride to own and it even became hotter thanks to the Los Angeles based tuner called Misha Designs. The aftermarket specialists have added two different body kits to the 458 Italia, with the first one adding new front bumper, hood, fenders, side skirts and a new rear bumper, with a small wing on the rear.
The second upgrade is similar to the first one but it is adding side skirts more prominent and a different rear wing which is reminding us of the one found on the FXX K. The wing blades have been interconnected to create on piece, unlike the ones of the track-only hypercar. Both packages have been created using carbon fiber entirely but the tuner hasn’t provided us with any pricing info at this time.
Under its hood, the same 4.5 liter V8 naturally aspirated engine can be found, connected to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The unit is rated at 562 HP (419 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque, which is allowing it to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3 seconds and to go up to a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph). The Ferrari 458 has been produced between 2009 and 2015.
