Mitsubishi has announced that the ASX will get a revised version which will be officially presented to the public at the 2012 New York Auto Show on the 4th of April.
According to the Japanese based car manufacturer, the facelifted Mitsubishi ASX will get both aesthetic and technical upgrades, even if the model is available on the market for two years. The Mitsubishi ASX facelift is expected to debut on the United States auto market and the “new” model will be officially presented to the public on the 4th of April at the 2012 New York Auto Show, as the company has recently announced.
The Mitsubishi ASX facelift, also known as the Outlander Sport in the United States, will get new front and rear fascias, with restyled headlights and taillights, new spoilers, new side skirts and fresh wheels. The interior design will also get a refresh and the materials used in the cabin will have a better quality. The car manufacturer has also announced that the technical part of the ASX will also get a “refresh” on the facelift and the suspension will be revised for an improved drive feeling, along with the CVT transmission, which will be recalibrated. More details on the facelifted ASX will be announced at the 2012 New York Auto Show next month.
