Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander Sport Limited Edition going to L.A. Auto Show

The Japanese based automaker Mitsubishi is planning to introduce a Limited Edition of the Outlander and Outlander Sport on the 28th of November during the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.

According to the car manufacturer, the limited edition of the Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander Sport will be part of the 2014 model year and the event will also mark the debut of the crossover on the other side of the Atlantic. A darkened image of the third generation model has been released by the carmaker so far and we don’t know just yet if there will be any differences between the American and the European version of the Outlander.

Additional details on the Outlander and Outlander Sport Limited Edition for the L.A. Auto Show are limited for the moment but as a quick reminer, Mitsubishi says that the European version of the new Outlander is available on the Old Continent from a starting price set at just over 22,308 euros, VAT included, but if you’re aiming for the diesel, you will have to pay just over 28,508 euros. Both engines can be mated to a manual or an automatic transmission. AWD is being offered as standard throughout the 2014 Outlander lineup.
