The Japanese based automaker Mitsubishi has recently released a couple of teaser images with two new concept cars which will be unveiled next month in Geneva.
According to the car manufacturer, the first concept car to make its public debut during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March is named the CA-MiEV and it’s actually previewing the next generation of the small electric vehicle. The model has been fitted with a new motor and inverter, with regenerative braking system and with a wireless charging system. The Mitsubishi CA-MiEV has a maximum range of up to 300 km (186 miles).
Besides the Mitsubishi CA-MiEV, the carmaker will also bring the so-called GR-HEV, to the same Swiss automotive event. This is a concept car for an SUT (Sport Utility Truck) which has a diesel-hybrid system under its hood. The engine is mounted in the front and it’s sending power to the all-wheel drive system with the Super Select 4WD from the Pajero, providing best traction on all road conditions. Additional details on the two concept car are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
