Chevrolet has officially unveiled the brand new Niva Concept during the 2014 Moscow Motor Show, in a world premiere.
After being announced for the 2014th edition of the Moscow Motor Show and then leaking just a day before writing this article, the brand new Chevrolet Niva Concept has been highlighted once more, this time with the car manufacturer officially pulling the wraps off its body.
“As part of the International Motor Show 2014 will be held on a long-awaited world premiere of the concept Chevrolet Niva a new generation”, as the car manufacturer is saying in its official press release.
The brand new Chevrolet Niva Concept has been designed to preview the next generation of the model and it is coming with a snorkel, with a raised suspension system, a roof rack, auxiliary lights, BFGoodrich off-road tires and an overall rugged exterior look. The interior design hasn’t been detailed but here we can see the metallic trim, the new gauges and several other tweaks. Power to the model in question is being provided by a 1.8 liter engine, connected to a 5-speed transmission, sending power to the AWD system through the locking differential. More details on the Chevrolet Niva Concept remain in the shadows.
