Nissan’s newly revived brand, Datsun, has officially pulled the wraps off its newest creation, the mi-DO, during the 2014th edition of the Moscow Motor Show, in a premiere.
Datsun enthusiasts, if there are any, will now have a new subject to talk about while drinking their milk, after their favorite car company has officially pulled the wraps off its newest model up to date, the so-called mi-DO. The brand new Datsun mi-DO has been officially presented to the public, in a premiere, during the 2014 Moscow Motor Show.
“Although sharing the same wheelbase and front-wheel drive chassis layout as Datsun on-DO, Datsun mi-DO is shorter overall to emphasize its driving dynamics”, says the carmaker in its official press release.
Some of the standard items found on the mi-DO include the front airbags, ABS, heated seats and door mirrors and so on. The model is also equipped with elongated projector headlamps and it is is taking its power from a 1.6 liter 8-valve unit, rated at 87 HP, connected to a five-speed standard manual or a four-speed optional automatic transmission. The mi-DO stands at 3,950 mm long, 1,700 mm wide and 1,500 mm tall, riding on a 2,476 mm wheelbase.
