NanoFlowcell Quant F shown, going to Geneva image

The brand new Quant F has been officially unveiled by NanoFlowcell as the model in question will be making its public debut next month, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

The NanoFlowcell Quant F one new and impressive ride which has been described as being a “further development” than the Quant E, shown last year. The model in question has received a brand new carbon fiber monocoque, a more spacious interior, a rear spoiler which will deploy automatically at 80 km/h (49 mph), the QUANTeYES headlights and several other tweaks.

“We have now come up with something new once again in the field of light technology: In the front lights of the QUANT F we have installed back-lit crystals which project a “Q” for QUANT when the headlamps are switched on. The front lights of the QUANT F now have the appearance of eyes with pupils”, said Nunzio La Vecchia, the chief technical officer.

The NanoFlowcell Quant F is an “green” vehicle producing a total output of 1,090 PS (802 kW) and it has a brand new 2-speed automatic transmission, developed in-house, which is providing the impressive ride with a top speed of 300 km/h in (186 mph) the all-electric mode. The total range of the car stands at 800 km (497 miles). Series production is planned but a final version of the vehicle might be a few years away. More details on the new NanoFlowcell Quant F are limited at this time and will be announced at the Swiss automotive event.
