New Alfa Romeo 4C to be launched in the U.S. too
Alfa Romeo is planning to launch the new 4C sports car in the United States too and the model is expected to make its way over-seas after the Geneva debut, by the end of 2013.
After it was officially unveiled for the first time in its final production form just a day before writing this article, the brand new Alfa Romeo 4C is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the Italian based automaker announcing its plans to offer the sports car in the United States too. According to the car manufacturer, the Alfa Romeo 4C will be launched in the U.S. by the end of this year.
The final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C is 4,000 mm long, 2,000 mm wide and 1,180 mm tall, riding on a wheelbase of 2,400 mm. the model is using a 1.75 turbocharged engine under its hood and it’s weighing approximately 850 kg. This will give it a power-to-weight ratio of under 4 kg / HP. Additional details on Alfa Romeo’s new mid-engine 4C sports car are limited for the moment and will be announced next month, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
