The German aftermarket specialists at Alpina have recently announced their plans to introduce the brand new B3 Bi-Turbo next month, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
According to the tuning company, the new generation of the Alpina B3 Bi-Turbo will be officially presented to the public in a world premiere next month, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The model is based on the brand new BMW 3-Series F30, on the 335i, to be more specific, which is the most powerful version of the model, until the new M3 generation will make its way onto the market by the end of the year or by early 2014.
Alpina says that the new Be Bi-Turbo is coming with an impressive 410 HP (301 kW), available at 5,500 rpm), mated to a new ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. This will be enough to allow Alpina’s newest creation to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in a whopping 4.0 seconds. The new Alpina B3 Bi-Turbo is 20 percent more fuel efficient than the E90 B3. Additional details on the new Alpina B3 Bi-Turbo will be announced during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in March.
