We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Ireland, where a Ferrari 458 Italia has definitely seen better days. According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics the driver picked up his ride brand new just 2 hours before the crash. The incident took place in Lisburn, Ireland.
As a quick reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia has been officially presented to the public back in 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Italian supercar is powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, shared with Maserati, which is developing a total output of 562 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque available at 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven speed dual clutch transmission which is sending all the power to the rear wheels. The Ferrari 458 Italia has been designed by Pininfarina.
