Ford has recently announced the official price and specification details for the all-new Kuga crossover in the United Kingdom.
According to the car manufacturer, the cheapest version of the Ford Kuga will start at 20,895 GBP and it will rise up to 29,795 GBP for the top of the line variant. The Ford Kuga will get a 1.6 liter EcoBoost petrol engine under its hood, which is coming in two outputs, with 148 BHP and with 178 BHP, along with a 2.0 liter TDCi Duratorq diesel unit, also coming with two outputs, 138 BHP or 161 BHP. The units can be mated to a standard six-speed manual transmission or to the Ford Powershift automatic transmission, which is only available on the all-wheel drive diesel models.
The Ford Kuga is coming in three trim levels, the Zetec, the Titanium and the Titanium X, and the best selling 2.0 TDCi 161 BHP Titanium is available from 25,545 GBP, coming with standard four-wheel monitor, cruise control, Hill Start Assist, Ford SYNC, adjustable load floor and reclining rear seats. Options can include the AWD with Torque Vectoring Control or the hands-free tailgate, amongst others. Orders are open now and the first models will arrive in Ford’s dealerships in early 2013.
