The preliminary German pricing details for the new generation of the Audi A4, in the Sedan and Avant body styles, have been recently announced by the Ingolstadt based company.
After being officially unveiled a few weeks back, the new generation of the Audi A4 is getting closer and closer to its future customers. The model in question will become available for order, in Germany, from 30,650 euros, for the sedan body style, while the cheapest Avant variant can be yours from 32,500 euros. For the money you will be getting a 1.4 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine under the hood, producing 150 HP (110 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque.
If you want to pay more, you can go for the 2.0 liter TFSI engine, which will be offered in two stages of tune, with 190 HP (140 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque or with 252 HP (185 kW) and 370 Nm (273 lb-ft) of torque. The cheapest diesel offered is a 2.0 liter TDI which will get 150 HP (110 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. The same unit can also get 190 HP (140 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. There will also be a beefier diesel, a 3.0 liter TDI, producing 218 HP (160 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque or 272 HP (200 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft). An A4 g-tron is offered on the Avant coming with a CNG compatible 2.0 TFSI engine, with 170 HP (125 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque.
